Bedlam Fringe 2014

As Venue Manager of the Bedlam Theatre at Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2014,

  • I selected a festival of shows, 
  • hired a team 
  • devised a marketing strategy to publicise the festival 
  • worked with Marketing Manager to bring on board sponsors including Deuchars, Thistly Cross Cider and Woodwinters 
  • planned, budgeted and managed financials
